Absolute rubbish. Wish I knew what you were waffling about.0

Trouble is, you do... you're fooling nobody, sunbeam.
There you go, he/she won't answer a simple question.
POC's aren't availiable to use like other issues, but base your APD refund claims on that of a catologue company.
I can link anyone in this situation to those in a heartbeat. It's been reclaimable for ages (silly profiteering admin fees) but for some reason people are scared about the airlines, when it's similar (well, the same really!)
I say go for it.
These are the same airlines that use 'extraordinary circumstances' via 261/2004 as a matter of course. I love airlines as a rule, but they should operate within EU law and with moral. They do not. There is no excuse for retaining unpaid APD....period.0 -

OK. Wish I knew what you were on about.
Look forward to reading the Law Report. But bet I don't....0 -
Wrong... APD should be refundable minus the airlines actual costs.0

Cool, you stick to your train of thought, and I'll stick to mine.
Glad you agree all the same.0 -
why are you resurrecting an old thread, just to clutter up the forum with a rather childish argument?0
-
Oh, the irony. Childish?. How pathetic.
Markymoo refer to post #98.0 -
