    POC's aren't availiable to use like other issues, but base your APD refund claims on that of a catologue company.

    I can link anyone in this situation to those in a heartbeat. It's been reclaimable for ages (silly profiteering admin fees) but for some reason people are scared about the airlines, when it's similar (well, the same really!)

    I say go for it.

    These are the same airlines that use 'extraordinary circumstances' via 261/2004 as a matter of course. I love airlines as a rule, but they should operate within EU law and with moral. They do not. There is no excuse for retaining unpaid APD....period.

    Wrong... APD should be refundable minus the airlines actual costs.
