I'm on 10 now but I can't make my target. I'll set a lower one for next month I think.

I have found this challenge really helpful. :A

I had my first no spend day last Sunday, then one Monday, then one Thursday. I normally spend every single day.... I've also found it helps with my diet :D as I haven't bought anything from the vend machines and I've bought cheaper things to take to work from the grocery bill to avoid spending. So I'm on 3 no-spend days just since Sunday!:j I also spent less on the weekly shop than normal, just hope it's visible when I look at my bank account too. The days when I did spend were petrol, 60p on chocolate, milk and angel delight and the weekly shop so all very restrained. I've spent about £40 less this week so far....:j

Finally managed to get my 4th of the month, but I won't be successful in getting my target of 10....

This challenge has really highlighted how difficult I find it to spend nothing, whether it is petrol or something un-necessary such as coffee or chocolate, so thank you for drawing my attention to it!

I will def be doing this challenge again next month if it runs......but whether I try for 10 again remains to be seen.....:o

12 so far for me! :j However, it is easier for me than a lot of people in this challenge as I don't have kids to pay for; it's just me and OH. x

Can't manage a NSD today - have to buy DS some (cheap) trainers.......tomorrow I need to pay bus fare for him to go to basketball camp, so that won't help my quest either

I finally managed my 4th NSD today. smiliewave.gif

Like hypno06, I have been surprised at how difficult I have found it this month. Although I think I will get my 5th, I'm glad I didn't set a higher target - I thought 5 NSDs would be quite easy in one month, but its turned out to be harder than I thought! duh.gif

I'd also be interested in joining again if the challenge runs in August - I clearly need to improve in this area, and I've found the challenge really helpful - thanks! :D

I've got 2 to go, like a lot of people it's been harder than I thought. Hmm, 2 to go and 4 days to do it... scary! Especially as I went all weekend without spending!

There will be a challenge in August. If the OP or angeldiva doesn't set it up, I will set it up!
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair.
