Thank Spud.
Really it is a case of our solicitors taking us out for the day and then 'us' taking them out for dinner....
Just and excuse to spend the day in the sun I feel!Current debt - £16,300
Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I have some cheese curds in my freezer bunny and a packet of poutine sauce, so if you can make your way down here this evening you're welcome to share. I've never found cheese curds in this country, so if I don't have any (on my last packet brought back from canada now) I use hallumi, it isn't the same but it is squeeky and is the closest thing I've found. I just make up the sauce, put the hallumi on top of the chips and pour the sauce over then bung it in the oven for 10 mins to cook a bit.:A

Just had a scary if productive meeting with Ryan's headmaster (at my request - he's not in any trouble), and managed to get through it without getting flustered or bursting into tears. I couldn't have done that 6 months ago."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

I'm with Jinky. And not AT ALL biased of course!!!
Can't believe it's July already!
Make a list of important things to do today. At the top, put 'eat chocolate'. Now, you'll get at least one thing done today.

Thanks El4lMorning all ! Happy Canada day to all Canadians. Snaggles well done with Ryan's headteacher. You go girl ! XX
I was so scared I was shaking before I went in, but he was actually very nice, and understood my concerns about decisions being taken without my knowledge or input, so he is going to ensure we are regularly updated.
We agreed on various things that need to happen, and I have just sent him an email confirming them, so it's all in writing now.
Apart from that, I am having an easy day today - I worked last night instead of tonight, so I am hoping the weather will be nice enough to sit in the garden with a glass of wine tonight (it's just a bit too breezy at the moment, but the sun is lovely).
Has anyone seen my meal plan btw? I have no idea what I'm supposed to be making this evening and I've lost it!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Well done Snaggs, i hope they stick to it as well.
It is very breezy here today as well..woohoo, will get all washing dried.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
hey all!
what a busy morning at work! you'd think they paid me to be there the amount of stuff i've had to do today! humph!!!
Otherwise all quiet in the land of Maz, free bingo'd til late last night, (spent £10 too!!
p1ssed off with that.) and hence am very tired today.
Only 1 more day of work after this one is finished. Yee hah!!!!!! i so need a holiday..... or maybe just some time away from work...I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
