Good news is that we made it to the end of Sept without putting the heating on.
Had some big bad news today but am not ready to share it. (Not illness or anything I can't get over). Thank goodness for this thread for the only laughs I've had in the last 24 hours. And for enabling me not to panic. You are all wonderful.
I shall visit the shiny new thread in a positive mindset.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
Hope everything turns out for the best, whitewing. Sending you virtual 'dodgey hugs' in the hope it makes you smile. :grouphug:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

Signature updated.i decided this month to have 2 purses. One for food and another for "others".I had divided what I had left of the budget for rest of year and worked out I had £355.93 per month to spend.
I had £138.26 coming out of bank for direct debits electric/gas ect
I gave myself £100 for food and £117.67 for other stuff.
I spent £138.26 on Direct debits
Food £100.00 was actually just under but put change in sealed pot so counting it.
Again I was under budget for other stuff but just by pennies so they went in my sealed pot too.
other stuff consisted of kids clubs, pocket money, clothes, school items. So many to list lol
Anyway I managed to come in on budget and again have £355.93 for October. Here goes againlost my way but now I'm back ! roll on 2013
