I am hoping they decide it is too expensive to persue it further now, must have cost them more than they where chasing by now in legal costs by now;)
FYP, it seems to me your court dont want to have to decide the case, they seem to be avoiding an actual hearing
Lets hope the claiment just gives up in your case too
