I know exactly how you feel - my kids are quite a bit older than yours and I still feel that way. I thought they would have grown out of it by now.

Hi all, have you missed me?
Im celabrating, and half way through a bottle of bourben
for those that have managed to keep up (not an easy task i know with me at the best of times:o) as you know we (me and OH) had to go to court to defend a CCJ in Feb, which we won, only to have that judgement set aside two weeks later as the claiment spit there dummy cos they lost and made up some excuse why the judgement was wrong.
Well to cut a long story short we got a letter in responce to me questioning that discision, or more to the point the reasoning behind having to re-do the hearing, and the judge agreed there was no justification for it.
So the new order has been revoked, the new hearing has been scrapped, and the origanell judgement from febuary is to stand
so we have won, again?sort of i think
lets hope thats the end of it this time (although the sceptic in me is not sure it will be)
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….0 -
Pass over that bottle! Congratulations on your win! I know how hard fought and stressful it was. I hope I''m in the same position in the near future. My OH's case has been stayed again until April - however we are pleased about that.

Good news (for now) Bat.
Can't imagine that exactly restores your faith in the system but it is nice to win, or at least not lose, for once.
