Conor was put on this earth to be argumentative and wind everyone up at least that is how it appears on this board

IMO the coach driver should have reported the crime to the authorities and got a crime number, something looks suspect to me.

Knowing the type of people who inevitably end up on these kinds of trips, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they went in gobs blazing from the start and got the coach drivers back up.

As regarding not going back, it is most likely the driver didn't have sufficient driving time to do so if it was a day trip. What would they have said if they had to kip overnight in the coach in a layby in France because the driver ran out of hours after going back?

My word you do make a lot of assumptions don't you?

Would perhaps be more helpful to the OP if you stuck to what has been posted and just the facts.

Perhaps that is not your style - I know and care not

The passengers really should have called this driver's bluff and rang the police in the car park. The driver, had he driven off, would soon have found himself hauled back to explain himself and something may have been sorted out.

Anyway, your family (and others in the coach party) really need to be talking to a lawyer about this one because it's a bit involved and everything will rely on witness evidence.

no,it just means they buy them in this country and get ripped off for them.

Didn't mean to thank you but I can't retract it

No what it means is non smokers (vast majority of the population) get ripped off, have to subsidise the treatment the NHS has to give them for smoking related illnesses like heart attacks, emphysema and lung cancer. If smokers pay extra taxes then it means they pay in advance for any treatment they need in the future which is perfectly fair for everyone.
