Cheapest wine ever in ASDA

Tried Asda in Harrogate last night but couldn't find any of these wines on offer. Will keep trying as they'd make good stocking fillers.

Not at all - I've tried all 4 available at Aberdeen and all were pretty decent stuff. Reminder, - must finish another opened bottle tonight.

£9.98p for a case of 6, that's only £1.60 a bottle....... Loads of it on pallets at the front of the shop. Christmas has come early?

Surely £9.98 divided by 6 is £1.66 per bottle still a good deal but "look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves!"

Sheffield Handsworth is full price. Nice lady though, went and looked for me whilst the store was being cleared due to fire alarm!!

I work at an asda on the beers wines and spirits. Our store no longer sells case deal wines but sometimes stores are allocated so many and can sell them off.

They are a fantastic buy if you can get them. No guarantees as to which store gets them but watch this space. You get 10% off if you buy six bottles of any wine anyway and that's an ongoing offer.

I think that was 10% discount if you buy 6 bottles. At my school, 4 out of 3 kids couldn't do fractions !

Lol. That's not what i was getting at. Case deals are great if you can get them but an ongoing offer is 10% off single bottles if you can't.

I've seen these cases in Asda at Long Eaton,Notts branch if anyone's interested.

I am late off the blocks for this one. Does anyone know of availability in/around Cambridge/Bury St E/E. Anglia generally? Only recently(after +13 years)learnt there was an Asda in Cambridge.
I don't think any bad Australian reds make their way to export-so should be ok.
