I did try to email but got a Postmaster message to say failure to deliver email to : mobiles@fwdcellular.com

I called 08700 622000 and was on hold for 4 mins. was given the option to leave a message so I did.

it has been two weeks since I ordered it 10 working days! Money taken out last Monday, so that's 5 working days >:(

Thanks, alric. I've tried sending an email to the address again and it got through this time, strangely enough. Must have been a Hotmail problem! Have they taken the money from you as well?

I personally would not worry and yes if you do call them do it first thing - while they had that madness week i belive they were well back up and the reason I know this is my boss got one of the nokia 1100,s ( per my recomdation and because they were cheap and do deliver if sometimes late ) and paul at FWC advised ther would be a delay

I would sooner get a nokia 7600 with "3" it comes with the phone and works out @ £4.99 a month after rebates and gives you 500 Xnet Anytime mins

No one would call me if I was on '3' ::) Anyway, I've not had a reply to my e-mail, I did try calling them at 9:02am this morning but gave up after being put on hold for more than 2mins. called back 20mins later and got a message telling me that due to the large volume of calls they are currently receiving, could I please call back later. Tried an hour later and got the same message. huh :P

Money has been credited back to my account... found email reply from FwdCellular in Junk Mail folder. vodafone rejected my application! bah :P

Ordered one of these on Tuesday (only about 2 weeks after the offer ended) and it cost 19.99+3.94 delivery, got to checkout and was supposedly charged 23.94... Got a call on wed to get some more of my addresses over last 3 years, checked cc statement today and they charged 13.94

Now to see if the sim arrives!

Good luck using your 500mins, think you will be lucky to use 100 with the crap network coverage.
