    morning all!

not much to report in the land of Maz.... 3 more days of work then off for 2 weeks!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!

blackpool on friday, have just realised that i really will have not much money left by the time bills are paid.... enough to pay for the balance of the hotel and not much else. Y'see big g is paying the petrol and all other costs, but it would be nice to have some money of my own....

hmmmmm, would it be bad to phone capital one and tell them i need a new CC? since last one got chopped up. Balance is only £200, and i could keep it for back up only... and if i don't use it on my holidays i could chop it up again?!

Welll.. tough one but I think if you can pay off whatever you spend without too much hassle then it'd be ok. Are you likely to get the card and PIN etc in time though?

    It's a birthday Spud....geddit.....:rotfl:

Oooh Maz, you ARE naughty :D. I would say think about how you will feel with a higher balance on the card - can you come up with a way to pay it off quicker? Have a look at the snowball calculator and see how much it would set your debt free date by. And if you decide it's worth it to have a good holiday, set yourself a really strict limit as to how much you will put on it.

Hope you have a fab holiday though, whatever you decide.

oh snags! did you make that birthday spud?!!? So funny, if not , isn't it queer the things you can find online!!

I'm swithering about CC.... i think i will not go for Cap One, purely because i would like to clear it at end of july, and if it was over £200 then i doubt i will manage that. But if i leave it where it is, then it should be easy to clear.

I am getting £75 from Quidco this month.... so i will keep that in my purse and use it as my miscelleaneous spends... hopefully not need to touch the bank account then.

Plus i will use and abuse Big G for as much as possible, as the deal was i pay the hotel, he will take care of the rest!! (not sure he'll pay for my bingo fix while i'm away though! so better have some cash!!)

It seems i have probably answered my own dilema!!! isn't this a fab place!!

    morning (just)

Today am still trying to recover after gatecrashing the Tartan Army's annual convention on Saturday - long story! Back at work and mistakenly told the team that I didnt have a lot of work on so they could pass stuff on if they wanted and now have found myself with a massive poster to make and not a creative bone in my body!!

    Happy B'day Spud!!
