Having big problems with GlobalTestMarket at the moment; for a couple of weeks I've not been able to sign in, and they're not responding to my emails apart from the first one when they responded with a form email saying my request had been solved (it hadn't). Very !!!!ed off about this because I had over 1000 points in my account and was a survey or two away from redeeming £30, which they have effectively stolen from me. In the meantime I'm actually in the process of doing a week-long study worth about £15 of points, which I was enrolled on via GlobalTestMarket before my login problems, with no idea whether I'm ever going to actually get my reward for it.

Anyone else had problems with GlobalTestMarket since they redesigned their website?

Have just tried and logged in without problem.

Hi. I've also had a problem. Survey was 250 points for Tools, diy, heating & lighting and took around 30 mins. Had no points credited and Ipsos won't respond to my emails.
Fortunately this was the first big survey I completed for them. I've now unsubscribed and will post this message in other forums.

yep I never got my 250 points just the 170 - no reply from emails and eventually found the customer service number and it's international- I'm waiting until I'm at £10 then unsubscribing - i'm nearly there

I've already unsubscribed from valued opinions as did a week long study for them for "multi channels" sky and Virgin basically! - didn't get a penny despite emailing them and the provider of the study - think they are taking the mickey bliss!

If that was one of the ones where you text them as well as doing online surveys, I've previously found the points for them are added even more slowly than normal surveys. For that kind of project it's taken a ridiculous amount of time to be credited (6... 7... 8+ weeks!)

yes that's the sort of one! however in the t7cs it says UP TO 28 DAYS but thanks for the info!

I really don't think i'd get mine though as the very last questionnaire - after all the texting form filling in etc, when clicked on it, it said "can't access" I knew full well I hadn't done it so emailed them several polite emails - never got one back :(

Has anyone had any experience of any online interview survey? I did one for IPSOS about holidays in Orlando 2 weeks ago. Suppose to get £20 Amazon voucher but have yet to receive anything. Should I contact them or is there a waiting period for this kind of reward?

    Contact and ask them.

I did a mobile survey for them in Feb and was meant to get £5 - took 5 emails with no reply and 4 months of waiting just to get £5 from them:mad:

Is anyone having problems with delayed OnePoll payments? I got in touch to ask when mine was due, and I've had a response this morning: 'We are currently waiting for a transfer to clear into our PayPal account. When this has cleared we will be making payments to members. Thank you for your patience.'

This reminds me of the problems some of us had around Christmas-time with delayed payments. It gets quite frustrating being patient when your money doesn't come through on time.
:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A

IPSOS finally gave me my points from back in April, 250 instead of 170.I had emailed them and had no reply - got a random email today telling me it was all sorted! Don't know whether to be happy or annoyed it took them so long just to acknowledge the email and action anything lol

Has anyone had any surveys from One Poll recently?

Just logged in and none showing - not received any emails for some time and I have £37+ in my account. Was hoping to get up to £40 for a payment.
