Has anyone done the garden power tool survey for ipsos over the last few days? It said it would pay 250 points but has only credited 175! I've emailed then, but no replay as of yet. Its the first one I've actually checked...going to be checking them all from now on. I this common??

    thanks

Has anyone one got the customer service number for ipsos?? I'd much prefer to speak to the as just keep getting an almost generic answer to my emails.

    Many thanks

As far as I've known they've always charged if you withdraw anything below £50. If that is 'new' it's been that way for a good 10 years at least.

Hi. I've also had a problem. Survey was 250 points for Tools, diy, heating & lighting and took around 30 mins. Had no points credited and Ipsos won't respond to my emails.
Fortunately this was the first big survey I completed for them. I've now unsubscribed and will post this message in other forums.

Having big problems with GlobalTestMarket at the moment; for a couple of weeks I've not been able to sign in, and they're not responding to my emails apart from the first one when they responded with a form email saying my request had been solved (it hadn't). Very !!!!ed off about this because I had over 1000 points in my account and was a survey or two away from redeeming £30, which they have effectively stolen from me. In the meantime I'm actually in the process of doing a week-long study worth about £15 of points, which I was enrolled on via GlobalTestMarket before my login problems, with no idea whether I'm ever going to actually get my reward for it.

Anyone else had problems with GlobalTestMarket since they redesigned their website?

I think he means that they've charge a fee for recieving the money from surveynetwork as they stopped charging a fee for transferring money to your bank account several years ago regardless of the amount you transfer.
