How long do Valued Opinions usually take to apply credits for surveys? I've done one every few days for 3 weeks now and seen no credit. I sent them a query a weeks ago but got no reply.

Unlike Zoe, I find VO rarely credit straight away, but they do usually show in your pending credits fairly quick and move to payable after a week or two. Go into your account, click on "Rewards statement" and check for "Pending credits". If there's nothing listed there you may have a setting on you computer or browser preventing them tracking.

Thank you for your reply. It has been more than that with My survey cats diary.
I would give it 6 weeks (if you haven't already) then just keep pestering them every few days till they reply. And make sure to add the survey number (if you have it). I think I have waited longer than that for an extended survey to pay out before so don't worry just yet :)

I checked VO and that survey is not listed where "Pending credits" are. I could not find it in Participating history.

Sorry, that comment was in reply to itm2's quoted query re Valued Opinions. The survey you have issue with was on MySurvey wasn't it, and they (as far as I'm aware) don't list pending credits, only payable ones.

I have issues with both surveys companies. Cat diary from My Survey and another survey with VO. (the survey which they conducted on behalf of EON, they promised £25 for 4 surveys to be completed in two consecutive days).

That's a shame, they've been two of the more reliable for me and been with both for a couple of years
  • This is a word of warning for anyone who uses Toluna - I subscribed due to a mention on one of the websites a while ago. I answered all the survey invitiations that were sent - it has taken a while. A fortnight ago I had just about built up the amount of points to apply for a Amazon voucher. I sent off the request and then waited. Last week I noticed that I hadn't received any reply from Toluna and then tried to log onto my account - I couldn't ???? question bells then rang in my head. What was going on ?

I emailed them to find out why I couldn't get into my profile. I received an email back from them today. Saying that they have suspended my account and therefore I forfeit all of my rewards.

I just thought that I would warn everyone else about this company there have been a few warnings about toluna on the internet that I didn't realise. I won't be using them again - just disappointed that I wasted my time with them and didn't receive my reward voucher after putting in all the time answering the surveys.

Oh that is awful :( Did they give you a reason for suspending the account.

Its hit and miss with all survey companies. I have been with toluna since around 8 months and have cashed out a few vouchers. They take ages to process but apart from that i personally have not had any problems.

However, i have heard this frequently happens to members using VO that they are suspended and the reason given is failing quality control questions and on swagbucks for using bots etc even though they have not.

TBH I can't think of why toluna would do that :(

I'm trying to remember that myself, not sure if its £20 or £25...

My Amazon e-voucher from Gratis Points arrived today, having been requested on 5th April. It was for $23 (2.300 Gratis Points), and that came to £15.11.
:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A
