I cashed in ages ago also. plus the site screens out more often and also takes about 30 mins to do a 5 min survey these days.. i dont see what was wrong with the old site tbh
Exactly, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! (Or in their case they haven't fixed it, they've broken it!)Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
I just managed to get a survey and it asked 'do you agree with any of the following statements': 'it's dangerous/when it goes wrong it causes disasters' etc. Yet it didn't say what is supposed to be dangerous..... I guessed it was nuclear power (which it turned out to be) but there was no mention of this on the first page!
I've never known such a disorganised survey company. Some of the questions don't have relevant answers either. For example: what does your partner think about.....? I don't have a partner so I click n/a and the next question will still ask what my partner thinks about something else when there is no option to say 'not applicable.' I think they need new staff. As soon as I reach £40, I'm leaving them.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
the new site works better than the old one for me -- I'm using IE8 -- but I did get a survey that went up to 115 per cent! And the questions are still ridiculous.0
