are these survey sites worth it?(merged)

I requested a tesco voucher from Valued Opinions on 16th March and it still hasn't materialised. The FAQ says that it can take up to 28 days for you to recieve a paper voucher but it's been longer than that now! Confusingly, a member 'quote' on the newly designed website states that you receive your vouchers within 14 days (which always used to be the case) - surely misleading?! Pretty fed up that my vouchers haven't come yet, I regularly participate in their surveys and I've been a member since 2005. Emailed them about it yesterday but no response as of yet. I won't hold my breath!

Im still waiting for a Tesco voucher from VO from 23 March.

Sometmes they take a little longer.

yes, i too saw that member 'quote' and thought that was a joke surely? i have found that their paper vouchers do generally take the full 28 days.

There have been a couple of mentions today, on the 'freebies received today' thread, about some of us who haven't had any surveys from MySurvey for a while now.:(

It was suggested that we go in and update our details, and I've done that. I wondered whether anyone else has been having the same problem?

I am having at least one survey a day from "My Survey". I am new and have only been doing the surveys for about two months.

I'm still getting them from mysurvey but prior to the merger lightspeed went through periods of months where they didn't send me any surveys at all.

I'd say I get about 1 survey a day from Mysurvey on average, but only 1 in 5 actually works and doesn't tell me I've paused, already done the survey or freezes and there are more that screen me out after about 10-15 questions telling me I am not the correct person they are looking for. Why they don't bother to corrospond surveys with the profile I filled for them is beyond me. Getting a bit fed up with mysurvey and their system errors now.

I used to get surveys from MySurvey regularly, and never had problems with either the surveys or the payments, but it seems to have dried up completely for a week or so now.

After reading the posts on here, I realised I hadn't received any surveys from MySurvey for a while, so I logged on and found a couple waiting for me but no invitations sent by them!

Looks like we will need to log on regularly to check.
