Has anyone noticed that the points that are stated for completing the surveys on MySurvey are not being allocated; example is that i recently took part and completed a trial for a dishwasher tablet, and answered the question after the months trial, the letter stated that i would recieve 400 points, mean while i have only been allocated 75, i have e-mailed "emma" and her response has been
    "
    Dear panellist,

    Thank you for your message.

The amount of MySurvey points stated in the survey invitation text is only an indication of the amount of MySurvey points that you would be credited.
The amount of MySurvey Points awarded depends on the amount of questions that your previous answers qualified you for. Once you have participated in the survey, on the final page, you will be informed on the actual amount of MySurvey points awarded.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me again."

ever since they changed from Lightspeed they have been rubbish. most of the invites i get now screen out.

am i alone or is anyone else noticing this ?

I've noticed. So many errors on the mysurvey site, I sent them email after email after email. I now only bother with their site if I have the time and feel bored. Otherwise I can normally find something else to do. I think they sacked the wrong staff members when they merged, its as if they fired everyone and hired the toluna crew!

I don't even get screen outs, I get an increasing number of "you paused...etc" when I hadn't even visited the site since the survey went up let alone attempted it twice! I then had the same survey emailed to me in a reminder over and over again, eventually visited the site to see it was on my profile twice. One still read "you have paused...etc" but the other only got as far as the second page warning me the survey was 25 mins but on clicking to start just reloaded the same page. Waste of my life!

Although I haven't had this problem, I have had problems with Crowdology recently, especially since I joined WHS Surveys as well. I currently have four surveys that were successfully completed (dating back to 21st April) and have not been credited yet. I should have earned more than enough for a payout by now. In the past they've always been good at correcting errors, but this time I'm just being passed from pillar to post. :(
:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A

Re the poll at the top of this thread 'View Poll Results: which surveys are the best out of these' I wonder how long ago if was done and if possible for us to have an updated one as there are a lot of new survey sites and some of those listed have changed, Toluna for example used to be very good but since last year and their merger with ciao that is no longer the case, it would also be good if some more survey sites could be included in the poll.
