I had one payout from onepoll back when they were quick and reliable to use. Now I try surveys they tell me 9/10 times I am not the type of person they are looking for, put me in for a (non existant?) £200 draw, I go back to my profile, the same surveys are still there. Infact they stay put for a month at times.

I used to get irritated by surveys hanging around when I wasn't suitable for them, but then I noticed a little red box to the right-hand side of the survey. If you tick this, it will 'hide' the survey so it no longer appears on the page. They'll get rid of it altogether once the survey has been completed.

Have you tried checking out this site in the afternoons? That tends to be when a lot of surveys appear. Once I've logged on, I minimize the page, then quickly click back in when I've got a few spare minutes.

They're revamping the site this weekend, so I think they won't be available tomorrow, but it might be worth giving this a go next week. HTH. :)

Thanks for the red-box tip! :)

I tend to check the site 3 times a day and all of them are after mid day up until 8pm (they don't tend to post anymore after about 6pm) as its the first time I am able to get online to do anything like surveys (though occasionally only once a day)

I've just managed to get onto the new onepoll site, it's not bad but you can't see your money balance as quickly.
I received a reply from one poll about the extra payment and they have asked that I refund the money. I'm hoping that what goes around, comes around!
Having taken about 10 months to get the first £40, I'm thinking about not bothering with it any more (don't want to give up at e.g. £20), is it worth sticking with?

They've been having a few problems since the site update over the weekend, but it's intermittent so it's worth trying again every now and then.

I managed to log in a while back, and there were quite a few reviews to do.

  • i have used toluna, ipsos, e-rewards and mysurvey. i find it quite frustrating. takes ages to get a voucher. then when you are about to qualify enough points for a reward - strangely the points seem to remain in limbo for weeks so you cant claim. normally points go on instantly but when your close to reward it takes weeks. then when you eventually have enough it takes upto 10 weeks to receive it. only exception is mysurvey who email it instantly. more money to be made selling on ebay!

When I logged on to OnePoll this afternoon - the site seems to be working OK at the moment - there were six surveys waiting for me, with a total value of 75p. It doesn't seem much, but each survey only takes moments to do, they're usually quite fun, and even those small amounts add up fairly quickly if you do the surveys regularly. As I've said before, I think they're especially good in the afternoons. It took me ages to get to my first £40, then I saw this advice from another MSEer, and I am now more than halfway to my second £40. I think it's definitely worth sticking with it if you're prepared to check the site on a frequent and regular basis. Hope that helps.

Onepoll has gone downhill. Even with the new site (and infact as much with the new site: now they don't just make it hard to get surveys, you can't even access those they do have!) They don't reply to questions, EVER and the surveys I have done on this new site, I tend to do the whole thing then at seeing 100% done am told I am not the right person or the quota is full! It drives me mad! Emailed several times, no reply.

I don't know if I can hang on to £40 its been almost a year and I'm stuck on £6.05

I've heard back from Surveyhead US now. They haven't dropped the daily 75c/46p surveys, but have been having technical problems with them. Hopefully they'll be up and running again soon.

The daily surveys are back now. :)
