Onepoll has gone downhill. Even with the new site (and infact as much with the new site: now they don't just make it hard to get surveys, you can't even access those they do have!) They don't reply to questions, EVER and the surveys I have done on this new site, I tend to do the whole thing then at seeing 100% done am told I am not the right person or the quota is full! It drives me mad! Emailed several times, no reply.
I don't know if I can hang on to £40 its been almost a year and I'm stuck on £6.05
Are you sure you're doing it right?
Do you login on afternoons when there are more surveys?
I haven't been a member of OnePoll for more than a month and I already have £5.90.0 -

Yup, infact its really always afternoons. I can't acess the net most mornings and tend to look several times after 12pm depending on where I am that day. Its rare I only look once.
I do get surveys but most screen me out and promise some sort of (non existant?) £200 prize draw entry. I had managed to get to the £40 first time around, all the surveys were screened by the viewer so I made sure to only do surveys applicable to me (unlike others who would post on here that they answered a survey on their child even though they were childless because their sisters mate's ex had a kid and they could imagine what it was like... I only did surveys to do with me and yet still managed the £40 within the year.)When they first started it was very quick but all of a sudden they went down hill and I didn't and don't seem to qualify for anything.0 -

Sorry you're having problems with them. There were a couple of surveys available a few minutes ago.:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0 -
Thanks, I'll give them a go
Have junked so many survey panels these last two years as a result of looking more critically at them that I feel pretty empty! The survey panels I do still have don't seem to like me (too broke, too old/young, not with enough mod-cons....) so I am open to trying anything new!
This site is really worth being joined. Feel free to ask questions0 -
Has anyone else just finished the week-long food diary/mayonnaise consumption diary for MySurvey? I thought the original invitation stated that 720 points would be awarded for successful completion, but on finishing it today I found that it was only 220 points. Unfortunately I don't have the original invitation email so that I can check properly. Thanks.:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0

What is up with the One Poll website?
Since they changed it, it's gone haywire, the page can't be displayed sometimes halfway through a survey, it takes ages to load from page to page when it is working and surveys don't reach 100%, they go beyond that.
Sheesh!Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0 -
Im finding the same problem too. You can't log in to the iPhone app either. Hopefully they will fix it all soon, its getting really annoying to do surveys nowKnock me down I'll get right back up again, I'll come back stronger than a powered up Pac-Man0

Spooky, I have just logged on to do some surveys and am finding exactly the same. I have had to save it as my favourites under a different link as the original one wasn't working. Hope they get it sorted soon, you can normally fly through their surveys!0

Yep the site is awful at the moment but better if you are on IE, seems to be working much better.
I requested to be paid out £40 about 6 weeks ago - but heard nothing at all - any one else having problems getting paid at the moment ?0 -
