are these survey sites worth it?(merged)

Once I get my next payment threshold, I am leaving Ipsos. I keep spending 10 minutes on surveys and getting what it shows on the bar as 50% way throught only to be told I have got 5 points. In my opinion, since it has been updated it has got worse not better so as soon as i hit my next payment threshold, I will be leaving them. Better things to spend my time on - like surveys that give fair points/payments.

Lol- be glad you actually get surveys! I get about one a week...if I am lucky!

I find Ciao surveys to be overall a bit of a waste of time, you do surveys lasting for 30 or so minutes to either get kicked out near the end or for the grand total payment of 10p! In addition whenever you request your payouts it takes them up-to 6 weeks to process the money, as least with other sites when you request payout via paypal the money hits your account pretty much straight away.

I think it depends on the exchange rate- 1000 points = $50 and today that means £32.61 but they may weel havw changed the rules. Mine took 6 weeks to arrive by post but that was last year.
