None of the points I've earned the last few weeks are showing!!! Really annoying!

I was thinking this to i reckoned i would be getting a voucher soon, but i'm still way off :( I have completed quite a few surveys but haven't had any this week to see if these will be credited straight away into my account.
    I love this place :j:T:j

I thought my points total was really low too.
Waiting with interest to see what reply happychappy gets. I stupidly don't record the surveys I do but there's been loads so I'm sure I must be due a voucher or two by now.

    Dear Panel Member,

Thank you for your message and for your comments.

Please be advised that all the points for surveys you have completed prior to the launch of our new site (the 29th of March) have been maintained and will be credited to your account over the next few days. Once this is done, your total number of points will contain all the points you have earned since you joined Ipsos Access Panels.

Should you have further queries regarding your account, please consult the FAQs section on our website or contact us at epanel-uk@ipsos-online.com.

    Kind regards,

    Ipsos Support Team

Thanks for this thread and the comments everyone. I logged in last night after a survey and thought I was a good couple of hundred points down. I don't actually keep track of all the surveys I do so I hope they do get put on!

Hopefully when the new site has been running for a week or two then, as they have stated, all our surveys done from now on should be shown immediately. I have had to set up a Word document to list my surveys done to make sure they are credited as there was no way with the old site of seeing which surveys were still pending.

Obviously any surveys completed before the new site opened (and maybe for a day or two afterwards?) will not be itemised in the Surveys section. I shall be keeping an eye out over the next few days as I have one survey outstanding from about a week ago to be credited. Once the site is working properly it should be a lot better than the old one - I am convinced that I have not been paid for some surveys in the past before I started recording them.

Is it just me or is the new IPSOS site the slowest thing EVER?? It's taking up to five minutes to login or change some details! Not sure if it is just Firefox web browser ....
