Same, can't log in but am happy to wait they've always been reliable in the past (I remember my mum doing surveys for them back before the internet), I've got enough points to claim a few vouchers from them but want to wait at the moment until I know if/when I'm moving.

I tried last night- didn't know it had been that way for 2 weeks! I got sent a survey yesterday from them but was unable to do it- got an error message, hence trying to get onto the website to see what was going on.

Has anyone any info on whats going on with these? It could be they are just rebuilding things- the website is a bit....odd and defo needs a revamp anyway! But would have been nice if they could have warned us! I have vouchers I'd been saving for years and years so if they do have issues and prevent vouchers being sent out I will not be happy, I was saving them for a rainy day shopping spree!

I think they did send out a warning/post it on the site last month saying that the site would be unavailable for a while as it was being rebuilt, so they can add software to allow instant point updates etc.

I got no warning message! Was it in the "newsletter"? I do read through it but the writing is quite small so I guess it is possible I could have scan read past it- but as long as there is nothing to worry about- my shopping spree will still happen!

I think it was, I certainly knew not to bother trying to get on the site for a while - but the same warning of the members area being offline is on the site now too (just been and looked). On a related note, did anyone here take part in the touchpoints survey recently?

A quick word of praise for Crowdology. I don't get many surveys off them but the rewards for the ones that I do get are more generous than any of the other companys I've registered with, e.g. 40p for completing a three minute survey.

Last night I decided to cash in for the first time. I clicked on the payment link and about two minutes later logged in to my PayPal account and the payment was already there. Easily the quickest payment I've ever received from a survey site.

And I look like a tramp and tramps like us

Hi guys just a reminder about the rules concerning Pinecone and referrals on this board thanks :)
    DISCUSSIONS THAT WILL BE MOVED/REMOVED

Please do not discuss subjects where you know doing so breaks the t&cs of another company/site. Also, certain topics have caused problems for the site in the past and will either be removed completely or limited to one specific discussion thread. We have no desire to stop you discussing and building the community, but we want to keep this a friendly site. Potentially volatile subjects have no real place on a MoneySaving forum and often only serve to offend. Please help us to help you.

Topics include Mercury Telecom, Sainsbury’s Discount codes, La Redoute, Vertbaudet. While Pinecone Research discussions have previously been removed we would now like to ask that it be discussed only on the official thread linked to from the Boost Your Income article.

Where there’s contention or the thread is not MoneySaving it will be deleted with no discussion as purely a resource issue.

Regarding none MoneySaving discussions legitimately complained about, such as sensitive racial issues, the thread will be scanned and if considered a threat to this site removed. We are not required to justify this; it is done to protect MSE.

    REFERRAL LINKS/ADVERTISING

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: Sorry, referral links and suggestions are only permitted on the Referrers Board. I have asked Board Guides to move any they see on the main boards. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com

I seem to qualify for most of the surveys Crowdology send me. This week I've had three and qualified for two which is a much better ratio than, say, Valued Opinions where I'm lucky if I qualify for more than one in twenty these days. The only downside to Crowdology is that I don't get enough surveys off them, I've had three this week but I'll probably not hear from them again for a couple of weeks.

Perhaps they just need to know the opinions of fat, middle-aged men more than any other demographic .

Are other people able to log in to Ipsos? I'm finding the site's saying it's under construction and has been for about 2 weeks now. I did a survey for them the other day and reckon i'm close to a voucher but can't get it :(

I e-mailed them and got this reply

    Dear Panel Member

    Thank you for your message.

We would like to confirm that our members’ website is currently unavailable, as we are working on the new website which is to be launched Monday, 29th March 2010. However, please note all reward points are still being accumulated into your account. We would like to assure you all the information from your account is being kept in a safe database and you will gain access to it once the new website will be launched.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope you will find our new website much improved.

    Kind regards
