The school at !!!!enham is fab, I just wanted to be able (not saying I will!) be in walking distance of all schools e.g. infants-juniors-high....don't want much do I!?LOL! Having kids changes your priorities on areas! An hour trip does sound a bit much for a littlie though! Anyway I better go and cook tea before my two start eating each other! Been good chatting! xxBoo!:rotfl:0

EAs rarely go bust, and almost never get bought out... they just "merge" with much larger estate agents and then all their staff get canned.
It's all image.Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.0 -
All Nigel Poole properties on rightmove now say Town and Country but NP's website is still up and running. Just in case you were interested LOL!Boo!:rotfl:0

You're entitled to your opinion Nixinix...I take it you live in a bad area of Redditch then. Warwickshire education authority gets good funding but even so I wouldn't choose to live in Studley, it's long since lost its 'village' status. There is a lovely side of Redditch, the older side! Excellent schools and open countryside for miles. Costs to live here though

I haven't got strong feelings about Studley, It's just that I'm annoyed that people keep going on about Redditch as if it is the pit of the world. The only thing I can think of why people go on about Redditch being bad place to live is because they come from the wrong side of Redditch (Redditch New Town).0 -
Redditch Town Centre just isn't that nice. It's confusing to drive around because of the road system and for the same reason, there's nothing to look at - it all looks the same. There's nowhere decent to eat at all.
It's full of ugly sub-40 year old houses or run down older buildings. It has few redeeming features. There's nothing that makes me think "ooh yes, that's in Redditch"
It's not a dump, not a hell hole but it is really bland.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
