I found this thread yesterday and made a batch of dough last night. I pulled some out of the fridge this evening, rolled it out very thinly and made it into a pizza. It was delicious!! I'm so happy because it was easy to make and now that it's in the fridge I can knock together a simple meal very quickly - yay!!0

Has anyone made up half of the volume of dough and had good results?
I am wondering if mine was too sloppy as it had forced the lid off my container in the fridge and I haven't got anything bigger to put it in.0 -
Thanks but too late, I binned it!
I bought some more flour this afternoon and will have another go tomorrow.
The flour was only 43p and I already had a packet of Doves yeast so no great loss.
Aww, shame it didn't work, if it is wet like that I just dump it in a loaf tin, wait for it to rise a bit again and bake.0 -
I would love the brioche recipe if anyone has it .....
thanks0 -
Just popped back to say I made the rest of the dough into rolls this morning. I was expecting them not to rise too much but they came up perfectly and were delicious. Thank you so much for this recipe - it's changed my life!!! Off to make up another batch.....0

Well my dough is made. Looks really unpromising so I don't have much hope but we will see!0

MMMMMMM the dough is very very wet. I managed to get some off and popped it in a sandwich tin to prove. I put some more flour on my master batch. We will have to see if it works but I am still not holding my breath! LOL0
