Hi Guys,
Shala-moo - choc and banana loaf is actually a cake even though sounds like bread. THe recipe is 100g sr flour (3.8p smartprice) 100g marg (9p from 2kg tub) 100g sugar (7pfrom 3.5kg bag) 30g cocoa (10p) and two eggs (sorry have chickens so dont know price of eggs) and two small bananas total 45p approx mix all items together in a bowl with a whisk. and bake in oven gas mark 6 for 20-30mins, makes a moist malt loaf teture with choc and banana taste.JanGC £250/£82 far:weight loss 1lb cc250/£86/cm40/£9.50 :A0 -

FUnkyfunkeymonkey - Thanks for the recipes! do you cook the pastry blind on the tarte? Have you tried hot choc bomb with ice cream? its 150g marg, 150g SR Flour, 150g sugar, 60g cocoa, 3 eggs, and 3 tbs smartprice choc spread. Put into microwaveable pudding bowl choc spread and mix together all rest of ietems and put into bowl. Place a piece of clingfilm losely on top and microwave for 4 mins till springy (my microwave is 950w) take out and turn upside down and the choc will run down the sides! lovely with ice cream.
SFT - Good luck with your job hun, its horrid if your bosses dont support you. Remember they can take many things but your dignity (only that can be given) let us know how you doJanGC £250/£82 far:weight loss 1lb cc250/£86/cm40/£9.50 :A0 -
Candyblue - Thats the spirit great soups and hm bread and lovely lunches around here!
Buzymum - its a case of post whenever you feel comfortable whether that be once 0r twice a day to once or twice a month.
Barneysmom - I know what you mean about the support on here. Its a great "community" hope you have a good day.
Denise - I know what you mean have been trying the same with my parents. Newstyle (where you change suppliers but not lifestyle) is easier but often you need to go oldstyle for funds as well. Its a case of slowly, slowly I guess, its what ever they are comfortable with. Not a easy dilema Good luck! Let us know how you do with your new job!!!! Thank you so much SFT, feel much better today so raring to go
Good luck with your dilemma too - I know it's hard when they're standing in front of you saying these things but these people are just very insecure and they do it to make themselves seem bigger in peoples eyes, not realising that it actually makes them seem smaller... You are better than that and don't forget it.
One thing I learnt when doing telesales was, when we had an obnoxious person on the phone, just listen to them rant, with yesses, etc in the right place so they know you're listening - most of the time, people just need to get it out of their system - then summarise back to them what they have said and tell them how you are going to deal with it. Not sure if that would work in your situation though, but I would definitely let her rant without responding, coz guess who looks bad and who doesn't  .
another thing, would another member of staff just stand with you - not to get involved but just as moral support? - also, it might stop this woman getting too out of hand if she thinks you have backup?
It's hard to know what to say to help you, but just know we are all backing you up, so she has all of us on the GC to deal with - and we'll come down in coachloads if she keeps it up!LBM April 2013 - £29,000.00Vanquis CC's PAID - Debenhams SC PAID - A+L OD PAID - Asda CC £783.75Barclaycard CC £1400.78 - BoS CC PAID - Freemans Cat PAIDF/D Loan & CC £1458.96 - Santander Loan PAID - Mum Loan PAIDRBS OD PAID - F/D OD £1026.52Weekly Grocery Challenge - £95.00 budget / spend £-0 -
