Gorgeous day here, having a chillax kind of day. Got 1 load of washing on the line. Planted out cabbages, caulis and in the middle of doing the broccoli. Praying the weather stays warm at night so my 'babies' will be ok. Must, must sow my beetroot then I am going to put some salad seeds into containers by the back door so they are handy.

Just wanted to say Hi. I've been catching up with your thread. I can't believe you've not heard about that job. I know it fairly typical but its so frustrating for you. When OH was out of work for a while a few years ago he would often hear nothing despite having gone for several interviews. What ever their excuse its rude in my book.

I'm sure you'll find out this week. Everything is crossed for you

It took the guy 4 weeks to organise the interviews. I know they are really busy, so you'd think they would want to get somebody in, pronto!

Just been given £20 for Tuesday so took myself off to Sainsburys, after dropping DD1 at a party and manages to get some reduced goodies.

Reduced chicken, now in the oven for tea £2.99 was £3.94
2 lots of pork loin £3.69 (each) was £5 each, as well as milk. Should be ok until later on in the week.

Haven't posted for a few days as have been feeling a bit low and money is not good at the moment. Well that mood has certainly gone!!!!!!!

As of Friday I start MY NEW JOB! That felt so good typing that. Now feeling guilty because I won't be able to ride as much but still should be able to keep them.

I have got a 3 month probationary period which I am also flapping about. If you hadn't guessed I do have self confidence issues and usually make jokes at my own expense to cover it.

Off up to the horses tomorrow to sort things out and make sure they have enough food and to make sure the lady who looks after them is ok as the farrier is due next week. Think I am going to raid the Avon money and splash out on a takeaway tonight.
