They're off to the vets tonight, think they've got mites so need sorting. Not looking forward to that car journey, with puking puppies.

So the pups have had 2 visits to the vets, looks like what ever was infesting them has now been sorted. Had to give them a bath, which they hated and they need another one on Sunday. Costing DS1 a small fortune. Speaking of DS1 he's in pain at the moment as a sheep has cracked his tooth, he's waiting for an emergency appointment at the dentists. Did tell him to ask his boss to make a contribution towards the costs.

Had a PR person in to help promote the business. She did a great feature which was in two of the papers. OH is really busy and not getting in much before 9.00pm. Still not finished the ruddy stocktake and hoping to get it done this weekend. Fingers crossed.

Met up with 2 friends this week, which was great, had lunch with one today and didn't leave till 3.30. Its been cold today, came home and lit the fire.

Been trying to find a dress for the wedding at the end of June but not having much luck. Did manage to get a dress for nephews 21st party and also booked the tickets, got a great deal and managed 1st class both ways.

Still not heard anything more about my alloy except that it has been sent over to the councils insurance peeps.

Mum was quite chirpy when I spoke to her tonight. Can't remember if I mentioned that she's changed care homes. Told her I'd be down at the end of May.

DD2 has been borrowing a pony but is still quite nervous of cantering so suggested she just stays at walk and trot until she builds her confidence up.

Cor its been a while. Quick round up of Lucielles world. All puppies have now gone off to their new homes. DD2 was quite upset when 'her' puppy went but she seems to be ok.

Lady who was sharing pony has now decided that she's retiring pony, which has been a bit awkward. Luckily DD2 was ok when I explained and is now quite happy as she's got a job and has been working this week. She's also covering DD1s job on Sunday. It's the Young Farmers rally this weekend and I think OH and I have been roped in to do the bar.

Went to see my mum last weekend and managed to get 2 dresses for the wedding, think I've made my decision which one I'm going to wear, just need big sis approval I'm on the right track.

Got home early Sunday morning and OH and I went out and had lunch. 3 of the chaps were away at scout camp and not back until the Monday.

Monday we went out again and had lunch and then went for a walk. Came back to the car to find we'd got a parking ticket, apparently for not parking within a bay. Not a happy bunny, live and learn.

Took car into local garage to have the back brake pads done. Had got a quote off Volvo which was going to be £165, local garage £72, result.

Still not heard if they're going to pay for my alloy. Think that's about all.
