Idioit, Idiot and finally Idiot. Just realsied I've been reading the books in the wrong order, what a twit!! Still enjoying thme, just filling in the gaps.
Last night..... another story. On the last minute as per normal, hair partially dry and OH just dressed we set off. Going up a hill OH said the fatefull words ''Cor the potholes are bad. They'll be keeping the tyre company in business'' Cue loud bang and flupming sound. Sodding puncture from hitting a crator. Had to change the tyre in a !!!!!! gateway, OH did really well and didn't get too muddy. Missed out on the pizza and drinks before hand, so ended up buying a pizza on the way home, not budget for. Play was ok.
Day off today, been to Booker and got some supplies. OH dropped tyre in, can't be repaired, so a new one. Not budgeted for and only enough in the kitty for this months car tax. Sigh.
DD1 was grounded this week her attitude at the momnet isn't great. OH took a day off work last week and closed the shop to take her to the races so she could fund raise for Thailand. The next day I asked her to peel some potatoes and you'd of thought I'd asked her to chop her arm off. Then she wanted me to iron har hair to go out on Friday night, which I did but really didn't want to. Roll onto Monday, I switched her light on as per normal in the morning and it was everybody elses fault because she didn't get up. We all got it in the neck! Long discussion Monday night and no Young Farmers for 2 weeks and no badminton. See how that goes, did get the silent treatment.
