Hi Turfy and co, been on holibobs and just got back.

Weather was mixed but you expect it from Skye. We all went fishing and managed to catch something. For my piece de resistance it was a jelly fish, will pop along to the os boards and see if they have any recipies! LOL

I'll be glad to sleep in my own bed. I'm off tomorrow, so will opefully nuke the washing pile.

DS1 has managed to leave the house standing, not sure about the phone bill. Otherwise everything is ok.

Weather looks promising, so the washing pile gets it! Got to go into the village to get a few bits and bobs to tide us over till the weekend, pay some money into the bank and gets a few bits from the chemists.

My family tax has come through and it looks like we're entitled to something. Not sure if they've got the figures right. I really don't trust them. I'll have to have a quick chat with the accountant to make sure its hunky dory.

Sounds like yous had a good time. I don't envy all the washing you have to do.

Hubby is hanging our washing out at the moment before we go to his hospital appointment although there is a pile of ironing to do because it wasn't done with me being in the hospital last week. I am going to pick out what clothes I think I need which are in the ironing :o and take them with me tomorrow as we are going to stay overnight in the hotel where we had our wedding reception 14 years ago tomorrow! :j

4th load of washing out and now playing the washing hokey cokey! 5th load on stand by, I'm like a woman possesed.

Been and got some supplies, banked and did a few other jobs. Also booked the dreaded lady check that's due but they can't see me until October, something to look forward to I suppose.

Accountant has said to go with the flow at the mo and she'll look into it when she comes later this month.

Hi JO and PG, my DD1 does our ironing and I pay her a fiver a week, it helps towards her Thailand trip. Hope you have a good time away. Our wedding anniversary is looming 2 decades and I've not managed to change models yet!
