It was DD1 birfday on Sunday, she had an ok day. I was in a bad grump with OH but its sorted for now. They both had an ace time at the Young Farmers rally, a late finish though. She's got a meeting tonight for her trip.
I'm sat waiting for the washing machine man to come and fix my machine. I'm hoping if I can bribe him with a cup of tea and a bit of cash he'll have a look at my cooker doors as they aren't closing right and therefore not economical to run. OH has put new hinges on and they've never been quite the same since.
Well people I've taken the plunge and joined the gym. Another girl in the office has also joined so I've got a gym buddy. Not sure how well that'll go down with the other member of staff, there's only 3 of us, as she gets herself worked up about everything everyone else is doing. Asked the boss for some sponsorship for DD1 and he's said she can weed and plant a flower bed at the back of our office. The handy man will give her some plants.

Bu&&er. I think the cooker heard me writing about it as I've just gone to toast a t cake under the grill and guess what its not working. Sigh, take more than a cuppa now!!!
Well I think I must have posh garden vermin. Most people have bunnies to come and eat their veggies, not me no, I've got 2 hares! Bunnies I haven't got much time for but for some reason I find hares special, how long I find them special for remains to be seen. At the moment I haven't got anything planted due to the hen pen saga. So fo now they can stay but probably making a rod for my own back.

Morning L
Your outfit sounds lovely. I don't think that was too much too pay for so many things and something that makes you feel pretty.
Well done on joining the gym, I think....[gym hater, here :rotfl:]
Hares are special I think they are magical creatures, I am quite envious. But there again, I don't have any vegetables.

Second load in the machine, only 10 more to go and then the chaps can'tidy' their rooms and another 10 to do. Weather is holding at them mo, hoping if I peg carefully I'll get 3 loads on the line, another on the airer and then its the tumble drier. How sad am I planning how to get the best out of the washing line?

Hi L
(Cue wavy smiley that I can't get for some reason.)
Sounds like a bargain to me too but please, what's a fascinator?? My mind boggles! I realize I should know as no-one else has asked but somehow this item (of clothing??) has totally passed me by.
Sorry to hear about the cooker and the rain.

Hi V, how the devil are you, hope you're keeping ok. A fascinator is a fancy head piece usually for weddings or posh dos. Mines a comb with a rose and some feathers off it. You can get some that are on a head band.
Hopefully got a man what can, to come and have a look at the cooker probably cost in the region of 90 quid. How does everything know when its nearly payday?
