Lucielle's daring debt free journey

I chickened out of doing an update in June because it had gone up due to us getting Morris, so I think I'll do an annual one in December. Just made 8 banana breads with my freebies. DD2 is tidying her bedroom (miracles never cease) as she has a friend coming for a sleep over on Tuesday. Got to pick the DS' up at 3.00ish. Now trying to avoid doing the accounts despite making a good start yesterday.

Managed to get everything done. We have a really nice chap who works at the station who sorted my tickets out for Thursday. Just hope the tesco Jorvick tickets arrive before then. DS1 was complaining that his ears were cold after he's had his haircut, finally he looks human again. Got his passport pics taken so he can apply for his provisional licence.
Dropped the boys off at a friends farm as they are having a farm inspection on Tuesday, so they are helping by power washing and cleaning. They've had to move their livestock up from the lower fields as our area had a severe weather warning yesterday and boy did it rain. OH has siphoned his beer into a barrel and left it on the worktop, in precisely the place I need to be able to bake. So today I need to bake around the beer and make a lasagne for tea and possibly the start of a cheesecake. I forgot the cream so I'll get some when I get the boys and I'll post the recipie for Stripes who asked ages ago.

BTW if you get a tourist mag for an island up north, randomly in the post, I'm hoping you might be persuaded to visit - or even housesit if you've a notion over the next couple years...............:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Not that I'm any good at persuading you, but it might be a 'cheapish' holiday in the future and stuff - well cheap if you ever got here, not exactly cheap getting here iyswimTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Confession, just bought a new mac/coat type thingy. I had a pac-a-mac which was great for throwing into a bag, however the dog trashed it on one of her escaping episodes when it was thundering. As I'm off to York and my normal jacket doen's quite meet in the middle I have splurged £40 (reduced from £60) on a regatta coat. I'll go and sit in the corner.
