Feeling exceedingly fed up and not sure why. I really thought last year that this time next year (ie now) we'd be living in our property and its just not happening. The other property we had on the back burner has an offer on and nothing else in the pipeline. Had hoped not to spend another winter in this house and doubly so now with environmental health saying we could be evicted!
Have sabotaged the diet and stuffed myself with crisps. Why? I've no idea, just have to try damage limitation. Veg soup from now until weigh in.
Office move seems to have gone ok and all the computers are playing ball. Still not looking forward to running the show on my own when the other 2 disappear. Still parts of the job not trained on and I need to be able to do when they are off. I think I like a challenge.
Have got DD1s Turkish lira and sent DS2s passport form off. Got to make the final payment to the ski trip after half term and then probably start saving for DD2 to go. Off to watch the apprentice.

Well done on the chunk of the debt again! you really are getting there.
And yes, ok, you may not be in your own place yet - but you are a whole lot closer to it than you were last year or the year before. Well down on paying so much off the debt. I'm sure your property is out there waiting for you. It's supposed to be a buyers' market right now and even more so as this winter progresses. I bet you'll have a fantastic bargain house soon.
Stay strong L
