If I could find one I'd have one they are like hens teeth. Plus I have another 3 that could probably use some help!

Yes but only 1 at GCSE stage/deadlines is that right? I just got one for my son when he was not motivated like your son at GCSE stage and it was enough to scrape him through with respectable grades. I found ours by looking online.0

if he needs 5 gcses to go on the course perhaps he'll buckle down and get on with it.Good luck finding a tutor.
Am glad you had a nice time with your friend. It's always good to spend time with friends0 -
Took DD1 to have a proper haircut, cost £15, its been ironed and it looks fab, a golden waterfall hanging down her back and she can certainly 'swish'.
Spent £60 in Lidl, thinking about doing an Asda shop for later in the week. Going to be tight on fuel once again *sigh*. Bought a few bits and bobs in Boots for DD1 to take away with her and got 2 vest tops for £6 in Dotty Ps. Didn't get DS2s passport away as the counter signatory had filled it in wrong *another sigh* just completed a new one.
Got a chook in the oven and the roasties are on so not long till i can stuff my face, also got a crumble to go in and cream.
It is persisting it down here and no sign of it abating. Wanted to do something as a family but no chance of going out and no funds, probably slob in front of the tv.
DD1 has done the ironing very begrudgingly but if she wants spends she's got to pull her weight.
Got the environmental officer coming out on Tuesday, hopefully something will get sorted.

Well the environmental chappie has been and confirmed that we have rising damp and the landlord can evict us if he so requires........GREAT. He hadn't realised that the visit was going to take this long as so much was wrong with it. Wait for the report to come out.
Lost 0.5lb, tis coming off very slowly, 19lb so far. Made a really scrummy tea tonight, red lentil and veg biriyani. If there was any left I would've taken it for dinner tomorrow. Sigh, will have to find something else now.
I cleaned the inside and outside of my windows last night, surprised its not snowing today. Perhaps it might account for my sore throat. Am popping echinacea like a druggie needing a fix!!!!

Oh Luceille, not good news from the environmental officer.... will the landlord ask you to move out rather than fix the place? I take that accommodation is hard to find in your area from your previous posts...is there still any chance of buying somewhere with your relatives help?
Great news on the weight loss :T though, you must really feel the difference!
Hope you feel better soon, you've been poorly for a while now.

Still hoping the house is going to come through. I can't believe that there are people desparate to sell and this chap won't play the game, first time buyers, no chain, can move straight away etc. What wil be will be.
Clothes are a bit loose but don't really feel any different.

Have treated myself and booked a riding lesson for a week on Tuesday so at least I'll get my fix. Feel vile as I didn't get much sleep due to having a throat like a badgers bottom and everytime I swallowed I woke up, or so it felt. had a headful of snot and will be giving Rudolph a run for his money shortly.
Managed to get through today, somehow. Cooked another great ww meal of mince and mustardy dumplings with mash and veg. Appetite is still healthy, shame. OH was very sweet and put the electric blanket on the bed.
