It's a bit of a monster TBH. Weather looked a bit iffy butty today but I risked the washing and have managed to get it dry. Forecast rain tomorrow and I'm getting my hair done. Typical! DD2s birthday tomorrow as well..... think there is something else happening in the UK but can't remember.

Hi lucielle can completely relate to the increased fuel costs - I filled my car up today and it cost over £60 for about 47 litres - that's terrible! Luckily I now live really near my work and they owe me £90+ in expenses already.... so work will cover some of that....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £171.8K Equity 36.37%
2) £2.6K Net savings after CCs 10/10/25
3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £27.9K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.25K) = 34/£127.5K target 26.6% 10/10/25
(If took bigger lump sum = 60.35K or 47.6%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
5) SIPP £5K updated 10/10/250 -
Hi yes I bet your sick to the back teeth of whats happening tomorrow, were lucky and get to pick whether or not to watch sky news. I dont very often but Mr T does it would dry me nuts. I prefer good old RTE and TBH dont watch much tv anyway. Hope the hairdo is enjoyable. Im having coffee with two friends tomorrow so looking forward to that. Fuel is scary - as you know we took a few years off of fuel when we moved into town - but now back and forth between town house and stick ville = cost a lot
