    Lucielle,

Just a note to say I am sorry to hear about your family's loss.

I would like to take the opportunity to say I love reading your diary! I don't know where you get the energy to do all the baking and cooking that you do.

Would you mind me asking, when you say you go to work, what is it that you do? How much do you make monthly from your Avon sales? I did Avon a long time ago, but never really stuck with it to build up a customer base so I had to put in a lot of time for not very much reward.

What does your OH do as his own business, is this something you could build on?

I would love to be able to ride a horse! Where we live, every second person rides as it is quite rural. They just scare me very slightly, I don't understand how you can make one do what you want it to when it is so much bigger than you! My OH says I am too old to learn to ride now at 30 (cheeky git!). We also have hens, we are at 8 hens and 2 cocks at the moment. OH says we should "dispose" of the boys as they are eating a load of food but not serving a purpose, I was thinking though that in Spring when they are "doing their thing", we would either have fertile eggs to sell or actually hatch some babies.

Keep up the good work :T

Children all in bed now. All is quiet for the moment. Not sure whether to send them to school or not. Will see how they are in the morning.

Children all slept through. I thought they would be up and down. Have sent them to school but phoned all the schools to advise them of the situation. Going to try and keep busy today. I am going to cook carrot and courgette soup, possibly make a Lasagne and I have to go to the dentists this afternoon to get a filling redone.
