Wedding Anniversary today, nothing planned but will try out a new recipe found on the os board for a sausage pasta bake thingy. Been riding which was very good and my boy was good. Sat trying to type with a cat on my shoulder its not easy. OH bought some sparkly stuff which we has last night as he is on call today for a week so alcohol is off the menu.

Forgot to mention 2 payments in total of £181.07 to 2 cards. Slowly, slowly bring the debt down.

Nothing much planned today. Brought the horses tack home to clean........actually like cleaning tack, so am going to shift my bottom off here and go do it. Also applied for a job, well in the process of doing so.

Job applied for, closing date today. Fingers crossed something comes of it. Managed to buy some nearly out of date horse feed, hoping to send OH to get some more. Had 3 hours work last night in again tomorrow hopefully Friday and possibly at the weekend depending on OH's mum. She fell and is having her hip replaced, so he may have to go down this weekend. Bought some new winter boots and got 20% off. Trying to get DD2s birthday presents sorted he will be 10 on Sunday. Made piccalilli yesterday so the house is now smelling less pongy. Got some stewing steak bubbling away for tea. DD2 is back at Brownies tonight and DS1 will be hoping to go to youth club. Not sure a tank full of petrol will last me a week this week.

Thanks Seaxwyn, feel sometimes that I am rabbiting away to myself. Friend has got an apple tree that I have been eyeballing for a while, I don't think they are quite ready yet but I don't want to leave it for too long. They usually just throw them in the bin!!!!!!! How wasteful.........all the things I could do. Will have to pick some soon as I make my own (sweet) mincemeat and its better if it has time to fester.

Thanks Roxy, not trying to get my hopes up too much as these things are usually stitched up and they are going through the protocol.

No phone calls ref job. They are interviewing next week so I am presuming it will be a phone call. Work also got cancelled today, bummer. However I have borrowed a friends carpet washer so am off to go and wash the carpets. Thinking of having pasta for tea. It would've been something more exciting if I had known I wasn't going to be at work. Also tried friends apples not quite ready yet.

Avon order arrived. Packaged up and 1 area delivered, had to come home as managed to get some work for OH and needed to drop that off. Saved me from going and buying chocolate which I do desperately need!!!! Hopefully going to go and ride tomorrow. Got all the carpets washed except the childrens bedrooms. They have now mucked them out and these will be done tomorrow. Looks like OH will be going to see his mum, so no work for me this weekend. Depending on wages hoping to go to Lidl on Saturday.
