    Re daughter - does she have lots of things like special software to help - having been using some at work its really helpful and the kids and I are using some of my 'work' dyslexia software together

    Just a thought.....if you want any info on the bits I am using please PM me

    No probably not. Even though its not far away too many other calls on our finanaces at that time of year.

    Thanks for the offer on software, Ds1 (also dyslexic) got a grant and got loads of software as well as a new computer.

    I have been keeping my eye on the grocery spends this month and so far have spent £185.84 of £336 budget. Things are running low and I feel a really large shop coming up. Managed to get some reduced pork which I am going to brown off and bung in the slow cooker for tomorrow nights tea.

    I usually do my pork in the slow cooker too. Its always delish and just falls off the bone. With all of us apples you can have yummy home made apple sauce too:rotfl:
    Grocery spend sounds brill too, its amazing what you can come up with when you have old mother hubbards. I have them loads!!
