They said I have to go back to the store that issued it and take it up with them. Anyone else had this happen to them?

Buying in Canada
I've just bought some flowers for my friend for Christmas from Bloomex. A Canadian website. I converted it from GBP to CD. While processing at the checkout it comes up with a message stating that it will not be paid for in CD it will be paid for in USD. So I was thinking it would be $30 and it goes up to $45! But I'm not…

I'm done with shopping channels
After many years of shopping in this way, I no longer feel that it's something I want to do. A combination of poor service and quality of goods means that I want to physically see something before I part with my money. Good while it lasted but not for me any more. Just think of all the extra hours I'll get back in my life,…
