Bank has made mistakes on defence p-work
I've just been reading through Lloyds TSB's defenfce and I've noticed that not only have ? been used instead of ' at every point, but they has also referred to me as 'her' in one place. I don't think its going to make any difference but I thought I'd see if anyone else had seen these errors in thee own paperwork!:p

Charge for exceeding credit limit on GE card
I have just been charged £12 for exceeding my credit limit on my GE card. I reckon I was only over the limit for day or two but that is probably no defence! Anyway, I reckon £12 is steep, but do you think I have a case to ask for some or all of the money back? I'd be grateful for your opinions.

Missed Opportunity?
In 2005 I was overdrawn by £30 with Bank charges growing.
