Unfair treatment because they know she's leaving?
Posting for a friend. Her company knows she is leaving but she hasn't actually handed in her notice yet so nothing is in writing. She has been treated unfairly recently, and her team leader confirmed it's because he knows she plans on leaving in a few months. Is this legal? Thanks.
