USA shares and UK IHT
Are US shares and associated balance of dealing account (dollars), e.g. NYSE listed shares held at Etrade, treated as foreign assets for a UK citizen for IHT? I assume they are subject to UK IHT? Should they be put on IHT417 or should I just convert $ to £ on day of death and include on IHT411? Thanks
