Martin please can you advise? We have been John Lewis store card holders for over 20 years. We took out a Budget Account card and paid a standing order monthly into their account. This meant we could purchase items up to the agreed limit (£300) and only pay the standing order. Last July I enquired with the accounts dept…

Hi, Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong forum. I've not exactly been a perfect borrower in the past, and have one CCJ which is being paid off, so my credit rating is not exactly brilliant to say the least. Cap 1 18 months @ 0% reminder
Hello all, Just thought Id remind all the lucky customers of Capital One that secured this deal in 2004 that you can recycle your minimum payments as there are no BT fees. I have just done my 3rd BT of the term. When I did my 2nd one after about 10 months, they significantly increased my c/l too which was an added bonus :)

Barclaycard (simplicity?)
I have a Barclaycard Black card and was a bit peeved to find out they had raised my APR to over 17%. I rang them up and complained and they immediately changed it to 9%.
