Lloyds doing the diddle?

I got a 9mth 0% BT card in the Autumn from Lloyds.

Today I received a letter offering me a 6.9% LOB rate when the 0% deal ends.

I thought this was a bit strange as I expected my deal to end around May.

I called up and was told that I actually had a 6mth deal!

They were able to change this over the phone, but I'll be keeping a close eye on this and other cards in future!

Same thing happened to my OH, although it was on the M&S card.

Always pays to check the paperwork when it arrives.
