Anyone know who A & G are to the CSA?
Hello, I am reading through my file and have come across a notation for a decision in my favour regarding legislation and jurisdiction. The complaints team worker states that "A & G have confirmed..." So I wondered if any of you knew who A & G were/are? Thank you.

CMS- Next to useless
Im posting this on behalf of my daughter. Just some background first. She and her ex husband had 3 children together and when they were aged 1, 4 and 6 he laft her for a woman he worked with. They have since married and divorced (no more children) and he has now moved on to wife 3. Since they separated he never once had…

The income 25% rule
I understand that the CMS will only adjust the amount due if the income of the paying parent goes up or down by 25% and they would require this to change for 12 weeks. So what is stopping the paying parent reducing their income using pension contributions by lets say 26% for a few months, applying for the re-adjustment…

She has threatened access to my daughter and has also threatened to tell every secret I have shared with her over the 4 years we were together (nothing illegal). She now wants £500 a month and we only just agreed the £350 days ago. It started at £90! I think it's time I…

I have been divorced from my ex for 17 years, we have 4 children. I have received a bill from the CMS for over £10,000 (this is now being taken from my earnings on a monthly basis) which according to them is debt from the CSA from 2012. I did receive this in 2012 and I questioned the validity then, and still do. I paid my…

CMS Allege Historical Arrears.
My daughter is almost twenty-one and I have received a letter from the CMS that I owe £2400 in arrears. I was with the CSA from 2000 to around 2012/13 and, as I worked in the public sector, they calculated the amount to pay and then deducted it at source i.e. they took it from my pay and I got what was left. Around 2012/13…
