Hi there,
Husband is NRP, he and ex have always had private arrangement. His daughter has completed A levels, and we thought maintenance liability would be coming to an end.
Now hearing that she is going to do a two year diploma course, which she has to pay £3k a year for. We are unsure whether this means liability continues or not.
Is there a way to find out please anyone?
thanks in advance.
