I know the rules have changed on paying for parking at hospitals in Wales. What I want to know is, have they been implemented yet and how does it work at Heath Hospital now? I.e. is it free and is it easy to get a space at about 2pm on a Monday?

I don't know if this will be of use to many people but if you shop at Tesco in Merthyr Tydfil between 6pm and 6am Monday to Saturday you get triple clubcard points.
