Just saw your message. Hope this isnt too late! I know a great personal trainer called Debbie Robins who is based in Swansea. She's fully qualified and she does home or gym sessions, whichever you prefer. Debbie is really friendly and she's excellent at motivating me even when I'm feeling really lazy! She is very reasonably priced and she offers discounts if you block book your sessions.
