does anyone know anyone in cardiff or close to that could sort out my sky signal really cheaply?

have you tried doing it yourself?

mine keeps going as it is on a dodgie fitting.

get into the services
system setup
signal test

then the bit where you need a friend - there are 2 bars on screen quality and strength.

as one of you adjusts the dish the other yels out where they are getting stronger (or not)

when you get a good strength & quality check back with your tv.

you may need a few goes at this - but it can save a bit on a man coming out to your door.

Do you pay Sky for any channels?

If so a determined call to cancel normally
convinces them to send you a Sky Engineer
out free of charge.

Thanks Oliver27 but we only use sky for the free channels so cannot do that

any more ideas?
