have you tried doing it yourself?
mine keeps going as it is on a dodgie fitting.
get into the services
system setup
signal test
then the bit where you need a friend - there are 2 bars on screen quality and strength.
as one of you adjusts the dish the other yels out where they are getting stronger (or not)
when you get a good strength & quality check back with your tv.
you may need a few goes at this - but it can save a bit on a man coming out to your door.

Do you pay Sky for any channels?
If so a determined call to cancel normally
convinces them to send you a Sky Engineer
out free of charge.0 -
