Tv aerial after leaving Virgin.

Anyone else have a Youview box from BT vision that hasn't automatically updated?
I had a letter from BT, saying that my Youview box would be automatically updated w/c 6th May, but so far, it hasn't happened. Does this mean that I need to manually download the software update myself? Has anyone else have a BT Youview box that hasn't updated? Will my box suddenly stop working if I don't update it? Thanks!
