Anti-virus & Firewall Software recommendations
The free Mcafee has expired on my new new lap. Did use AVG and Avast previously on old machine. Any suggestions of the latest ones for a home user. Also used Zonealarm on my old machine and Lavasoft for blocking pop ups. Are these still considered a good ones to turn to? Many thanks

Windows 10 failed to install
It is now 3 weeks since Windows 10 began to upgrade. I have had continual daily "Upgrade to Windows 10 Home" failed to install. On requesting further details I get "error 80240020" Am I in a queue or should I be doing something? If so what should I do? Please keep it simple.
