Can I make a DVD recorder multi-region?
I'm thinking of buying this Daewoo DVDR/VCR combi and know that it is set to region 2, does anyone know if this can be converted to multi region? Play DVDs instead of Audio-CD?

I'm looking to make a my first purchase of a home (standalone) DVD burner but am getting confused with all the - and +. Is there a performance difference? What about price of disks? Dell CD Drive
Hi Folks, With my Dell Latitude laptop if I leave the external CD connected and try to start the laptop I get nothing but a blank screen. If I disconnect the Cd drive the laptop starts up OK. Does anybody know if there is a reason for this and is there a way round it? Many thanks.

wireless router problem
I have a Netgear router. Got it all set up ok. However, although my PC will connect quite happily at 11 mps, I cannot get the outside world working. Internet Explorer and email won't work at all. Any help with settings gratefully received. matt

ok, ive got a few on disk so im really pleased however im having prob with 2 loads. i have 2 .bin files. now ive right clicked them and opened in nero player and they play good.
